Maintenance magazine
The winter edition of Maintenance magazine reports on many topics of interest to building managers. An in-depth article on the presence of asbestos in buildings, a feature report on the monitoring of three reroofing projects and an interview with Bruno Turcotte, real property manager for Industrielle Alliance, Quebec region, highlight this issue. More technically oriented than sister publication Immobilier commercial, Maintenance magazine deals entirely with building maintenance and retrofitting, as well as innovative products and services. It caters mainly to building managers, suppliers of quality products and services, retrofitting contractors, and other such specialists.
New agreement with the City of Montreal
JBC has recently entered into a partnership agreement with the City of Montreal for the publication of the second edition of Élites Montréal économique magazine. Written in both French and English, this flagship publication edited by JBC will further promote the economic forces of Montreal across Canada and, to a lesser degree, abroad.
Enhanced collaboration with Transcontinental Médias SENC
JBC has recently enhanced its partnership with Transcontinental Médias SENC for the design, advertisement sale and custom publishing in the outsourcing of several quality promotional packages coming in 2011/2012 in Premium publications, Les Affaires 500, Les Affaires 300, and to a lesser extent Le Journal Les Affaires and Affaires Plus magazine. Transcontinental Médias SENC has been a JBC client since 1999. We are currently working on a new promotional package for Premium magazine called “L’Histoire de la pharmacie au Québec”, which will be published in November.
Immobilier commercial magazine
The winter edition of the magazine Immobilier commercial presents an exclusive interview with Marcel Côté, the cofounder of Secor. An excellent article on the relationship between sustainable transportation and commercial real estate is also featured. Finally you will rediscover the Saint-Roch district in Quebec through the point of view of Jean Campeau, president of GM Development.
